This belief has been deeply institutionalized in recent years through the efforts and synergy of all colleagues, to the extent that today Mobarakeh Steel is recognized as a model for establishing modern quality and sustainability systems in Iran.
He further added: In the current year, key quality indicators have significantly improved in most of Mobarakeh Steel Group’s products. An increase in quality yield, a reduction in production shutdowns related to product defects, and growth in the coefficient of delivery adherence are among the achievements that indicate the organization’s correct trajectory in the field of quality. These results are the fruit of efforts by various units and the implementation of numerous projects aimed at quality stability and enhancement, as well as a systemic view and data-driven approach to process analysis. This approach—leveraged through specialized training and upskilling of personnel, the development of smart quality dashboards, and the use of statistical techniques and data analysis—has enabled quick and precise decision-making for managers and experts.
The Senior Manager of Quality Control and Sustainability for Mobarakeh Steel Group noted: Mobarakeh Steel’s current standing among the major steel companies in the region is the result of its commitment to the fundamental principles of quality. This company has defined new standards of organizational quality of life, not only in the production of high-quality steel but also in the areas of environmental affairs, energy, and social responsibility.
